THE TECHNOLOGYVEPI will utilize its unique commercial scale 125 kwh modular power generation unit (The "Unit") to configure the power systems deployed in the power plant.We implemented the operation of gravitational kinetic principles to produce continuous on-demand power for commercial and industrial operations with heavy surge demands. . It is compact, portable and containerized, with a 10'x20' footprint. Each Unit is used as a base modular component that is synchronized with other Units to configuring power plants of any desired capacity. The units have very few moving parts and low operation speed, consequently systems built with the Units require negligible operating maintenance, and have high redundancy. On a cost per kilowatt basis, no other technology competes as effectively as the Units; whilst providing the prime power reliability of traditional power systems, and maintaining the environmental profile of renewable energy system. It is tomorrow's technology today. The technology in the units is advanced, but the physical components do not require special alloys or materials. The Units are assembled with proven and available time tested certified components made by reputable vendors, and in use in systems producing power in other power format. Due to the modular character of the Unit, it supports mobility, interconnection, and expedited permitting; and consequently, can be rapidly deployed. Armed with this technology, VEPI is poised to take a leading role in the production & supply of clean renewable on demand power plants around the world.Process Management and Logistics:VEPI will procure the power units used for configuring its plant from its affiliate company, VEAM, and use a mix of internal capacity and outsourced services to fulfill its logistics needs. As EPC contractor on large projects, VEPI will outsource the site preparation and construction aspects of the Project. VEPI will implement Total Quality Management process throughout the plant development process, and plant operations, to assure quality and achieve cost efficiency.
